The Chilkats
This photo of the Chilkats was taken from out the road (in Juneau our road system ends at every direction at some point - out the road is anywhere up the road towards the end of the road.)

The Chilkats are absolutely beautiful. We visited Juneau 10 days ago on a cruise and remain astonished at the serenity of the waters surrounded by the purple mountains. Your photos are wonderful. Thank you for posting your amazing photos.
Hello Kim, and Thank you!! We recently re-visited AK,Anchorage and the Matsu Valley(North East of you) two weeks ago, where my husband of 3 yrs was borned and raised (A Christian Man). I've always lived in So. Calif (he moved to So. Cal only for me)... well, seeing your beautiful photos, to me capture God's awesome creation and only encourages me to follow my feelings to move back where my husband was born and raised.... We have a God fearing and loving family there (AK), praying and waiting..Again Thank You!, Please Continue to post Your Photos!!!!
